For this recipe: (4 people)
4 wraps
8 slices of smoked salmon
20 cl fresh cream
1 Chabichou Workshop of the Sèvre
Salad
Chive
Salt
Pepper
Preparation: (about 15 minutes)
- In a bowl, mash your chabichou with a fork then add the cream.
- Chop the chives and mix everything together.
- Spread the wrap on your work surface and spread cream on each wrap.
- Arrange 2 slices of salmon per wrap and a few pieces of salad.
- Roll up your wraps once filled.
- Cut them to form small wraps as an appetizer.
