Recipe salmon and Atelier de la Sevre Chabichou !

For this recipe: (4 people)

4 wraps
8 slices of smoked salmon
20 cl fresh cream
1 Chabichou Workshop of the Sèvre
Salad
Chive
Salt
Pepper

Preparation: (about 15 minutes)

  1. In a bowl, mash your chabichou with a fork then add the cream.
  2. Chop the chives and mix everything together.
  3. Spread the wrap on your work surface and spread cream on each wrap.
  4. Arrange 2 slices of salmon per wrap and a few pieces of salad.
  5. Roll up your wraps once filled.
  6. Cut them to form small wraps as an appetizer.
