  7. Incorporate yhem delicately into the preparation, being careful not to breal the snow, to have a very frothy batter.
  8. In a bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff. Incorporate them delicately into the preparation, being careful not to break the snow, to have a very frothy batter.
  9. Turn on your waffle maker and oil it lightly.
  10. Using a ladle, pour the batter into the mold, close for a few minutes.

Tip: Serve your savory goat cheeses waffles piping hot, so the cheese is melty, even runny.
