For this recipe you will need :
- 250 g of flour
- 150 g of la petite buche caprifeuille Atelier de la Sèvre

- 50 g of butter
- 1 packet ok baking powder

- Salt
- Pepper
Preperation :

- Add the egg yolks one by one, with the melted butter and the milk.
- Stir with a whisk until a smooth paste is obtained.
- Incorporate yhem delicately into the preparation, being careful not to breal the snow, to have a very frothy batter.

- Turn on your waffle maker and oil it lightly.
- Using a ladle, pour the batter into the mold, close for a few minutes.
Tip: Serve your savory goat cheeses waffles piping hot, so the cheese is melty, even runny.
