Recipe cake nuts, grapes and chabichou Atelier de la Sèvre !

For the recipe you will need :

  • 150 g of flour
  • 100 g cheese
  • 50 g dry grapes
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 150 g Chabichou Atelier de la Sèvre
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 15 cl of milk
  • 10 cl of oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation : (10 minutes)

  1. In a bowl, add the flour, baking powder, eggs, milk and them oil. Mix to obtain a homogeneous preparation.
  2. Add the cheese, walnuts, diced chabichou and raisin.
  3. Put the dought into a previously buttered cake mold and bake for 45 minutes at 180°C.
