For the recipe you will need :
- 150 g of flour
- 100 g cheese
- 50 g dry grapes
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 150 g Chabichou Atelier de la Sèvre
- 50 g walnuts
- 15 cl of milk
- 10 cl of oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation : (10 minutes)
- In a bowl, add the flour, baking powder, eggs, milk and them oil. Mix to obtain a homogeneous preparation.
- Add the cheese, walnuts, diced chabichou and raisin.
- Put the dought into a previously buttered cake mold and bake for 45 minutes at 180°C.
