For the preparation, you will need :
- 1 pastry
- 4 knacks
- 1 Mothais sur Feuille 150g Atelier de la Sèvre
- 1 egg
Preparation : (15 minutes)
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Cut the puff pastry into strips 3 to 3 mm wide. Cut the Mothais on 150g Atelier de la Sèvre sheet into small pieces.
- Wrap the strips of dough around a knack and a few pieces of cheese to suit individual tastes leaving a space at one end to put the eyes on.The stripes must cross to obtain a “mummy” effect.
- Brush lightly beaten egg with a brush and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. The “mummies” mut be golden brown.
- Using the Mothais, form 8 small balls for the eyes, place them once the mummies are out of the oven and slightly warm in the space reserved for the mummy.
Tip : To make your mummies even spookier, you can dip them in tomato sauce.
