Recipe Easter Chabichou Atelier de la Sèvre eggs !

For this recipe you will need :

Preparation :

  1. Empty your eggs by creating a small opening on the top using a knife.
  2. Clean the eggs inside by removing the white skin. Dry them well.
  3. Using a mixer, beat the cream cheese.
  4. Meanwhile, mash the manure with a fork and add it to the cottage cheese.
  5. Add the sugar and lemon zest.
  6. Spoon the eggs generously and place them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Tip: To make the trompe oeil to perfection, cut up slices of mango and place them inside the eggs.
