For this recipe you will need :
- 6 eggs
- 1 Chabichou Atelier de la Sèvre
- 100 g cottage cheese
- 6 tablespoons icing sugar
- 1 lemon zest
- Mango slices
Preparation :
- Empty your eggs by creating a small opening on the top using a knife.
- Clean the eggs inside by removing the white skin. Dry them well.
- Using a mixer, beat the cream cheese.
- Meanwhile, mash the manure with a fork and add it to the cottage cheese.
- Add the sugar and lemon zest.
- Spoon the eggs generously and place them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Tip: To make the trompe oeil to perfection, cut up slices of mango and place them inside the eggs.
