Ingredients for 5 people:
- 200 g flour
- 80 g cold butter
- 5 cl water
- 500 g fresh spinach
- 1 egg
- 1 Chabichou du Poitou AOP Atelier de la Sèvre
- Salt
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan oven).
- Make the tart dough by whisking the flour with chopped butter.
- Once you have a dough with a gritty texture, add the water and keep whisking until the dough forms a nice ball shape.
- Roll out your dough with a rolling pin and then place into small moulds. Put to the side.
- Wash the spinach and place into a pre-heated steamer for 10 minutes.
- Drain the spinach and mix in some sea salt.
- Add one egg to your spinach base, mix together and put an equal amount into the moulds.
- Cut 5 healthy slices of Chabichou du Poitou AOP Atelier de la Sèvre and place one into each tart.
- Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, according to your oven, and that’s it!
